That said, we stand behind everything we create, and if something feels off, we’ll work with you to make it right. Our priority is value, clarity, and partnership.

We approach every project with strategy first, so if you realize mid-project that you need something additional, we’ll have a thoughtful conversation about what makes sense, why, and how to proceed. Sometimes that means adjusting the scope or breaking things into phases. Other times, it’s adding on once the initial work is complete.
We also offer an à la carte menu of services for precisely this reason—especially useful after we’ve already built a strong brand foundation together. The goal is always to keep things transparent, frictionless, and aligned with your bigger picture, rather than upselling for the sake of it.

However, if it’s outdated, unclear, or no longer effectively communicates your value, we may recommend a strategic refresh or evolution, rather than a complete rebrand. The key is alignment, not starting over for the sake of it.
Yes, but intentionally. We work collaboratively, not reactively. You’ll receive concepts, rationale, and expert recommendations throughout the process. We welcome your insight, but every decision must serve your strategy, not just personal preference.
If your project scope calls for them, yes, you will. I always recommend that they be part of a logo package. Brand guidelines cover your logo, color palette, typography, messaging, and instructions for consistent use across platforms. Because great design only works when it’s used consistently and confidently.
Maybe, but let’s have a conversation first. Most of the time, when someone thinks they “just need a logo,” there’s actually more going on, like unclear messaging, a missing strategy, or a brand that doesn’t fully reflect who they are.
If it turns out that a standalone logo is truly what’s needed, I can deliver that. However, first, we’ll ensure it’s not a surface fix for a deeper issue. My goal isn’t to sell you more; it’s to ensure that whatever we create actually works.
